Through the contact form we process the name, email address and message you submit. We collect no other personal data on this website and use no marketing or analytics tracking cookies.

We use the data solely to respond to your enquiry and for the follow-up communication. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to your message, or pre-contractual negotiation where the enquiry concerns a collaboration.

Contact form messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up, at most 3 years from the last communication, after which they are deleted.

We do not share your data with third parties for their own purposes and never sell it. To run the site, store messages and deliver email we rely on technical service providers (hosting, database, email delivery) acting as processors on our instructions only.

You have the right to access your data, to rectification or erasure, to restriction of processing, to object to processing and to data portability. Write to hello@frontrow.cz to exercise them.

If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz).
